传统体育文化的现代化转型及资源个性化开发——以舞龙舞狮为例
摘 要:龙狮运动是中国民族传统体育文化的重要组成部分，有着悠久的历史和文化积淀。随着社会的发展，龙狮运动受到内外部的冲击。通过对龙狮运动存在问题进行分析，研究如何进一步推动龙狮运动的现代化转型和资源的个性化开发。就调查研究表明：龙狮运动的技艺学习：龙狮运动员应该由原来的只重技术向促进全面发展转变；龙狮运动的人才:应在小学阶段开始宣传龙狮运动，普及龙狮运动；龙狮运动的传播方式：应由原本单一的表演向建立品牌、开发节目此类大众传媒的方式转变；龙狮运动的制度：应该向更加的规范、合理的目标发展；龙狮运动的现代化转型：龙狮运动的发展应该顺应时代、面向社会，不断地开拓创新，满足大众需求，促进自身发展。

Abstract: Dragon and Lion Movement is an important part of Chinese traditional sports culture, has a long history and cultural accumulation. With the development of society, dragon and lion movement is affected by internal and external impact. Through the analysis of the problems existing in dragon and lion movement, this
paper studies how to further promote the modernization transformation of dragon and lion movement and the personalized development of resources. Based on the investigation and research, it is shown that: the dragon and lion athletes should change from the original emphasis on technology to the promotion of all-round development; the talents of dragon lion sport should begin to publicize the dragon lion sport in primary school and popularize the dragon lion sport; The dissemination of Dragon and Lion Movement: from the original single performance to Establish brand, develop programs of this kind of mass media mode change; dragon and lion movement system: should be more standardized, reasonable goal development; The modern transformation of dragon-lion movement: the development of dragon-lion movement should conform to the times, face the society, continuously develop and innovate, meet the needs of the masses, and promote its own development.

中国是舞龙舞狮运动最早的发源地，而舞龙舞狮这一项目也是中国民族传统体育文化的重要组成部分。[[]]但是在社会日益发展和西方体育文化传入的同时，舞龙舞狮运动的传承与发展受到了巨大的冲击以及发展瓶颈。面对这一状况，我们应该思考的是舞龙舞狮运动的发展方向以及对发展瓶颈的反思。舞龙舞狮文化在面对冲击的状况下，应该使它更多的面向社会、融入社会、顺应时代，通过舞龙舞狮文化的商品化、娱乐化、竞赛化、品牌化的转型，进行转型及开发的整合、补充以及创新，满足大众需求，由传承文化向弘扬文化转变，从思想上树立文化自觉与文化自信，运用大众传媒、品牌效应、龙狮竞赛等手段去推动舞龙舞狮的现代化转型和资源个性化开发，为人民群众带来他们喜闻乐见的舞龙舞狮文化。
1 舞龙舞狮的文化内涵和现代化意义
1.1舞龙舞狮的文化底蕴
“ 宝马雕车香满路，凤箫声动，玉壶光转，一夜鱼龙舞”辛弃疾曾在《青玉案·元夕》中用此句来形容舞龙舞狮，由此可以见得在中国传统佳节中舞龙舞狮是必不可少的一个节目，深受广大人民群众的喜爱，并且随着世界潮流的发展，舞龙舞狮不在是由中国人民群众独享了，随着文化的传播、孔子学院的建立、华人的对外迁移，它被带到世界各个地方并被学习着。龙狮文化中舞龙是一项集体运动，在舞龙的过程中，龙的每一个造型都有其规定的套路。游龙、跳龙尾、跃龙门等被熟知的各个套路，造型独特，气吞长虹，毫无保留将舞龙的文化内涵展现出来。它体现中华民族团结一致、共同进步、齐心协力的精神内涵，向我们展现的是一种共同协助的民族精神。而舞狮运动为两个一组的小集体运动，狮子的外形逼真，凶猛而又温驯，舞狮以跳跃、滕转、登高等动作构成，表演可以充分烘托气氛。展现了中华民族正气凛然、不屈不挠的精神内涵。龙狮运动的发展有利于民族传统体育文化在时间上流传的连接性，即代表着中国传统文化的一种传递；人民群众对龙狮运动的喜爱是对中国传统民族文化的认同。在这样的社会条件下，我们更能够激发人民群众的对中国传统民族文化的认同感和归属感，增强我们对民族文化的认知。
